Anodizing Application

Aluminum Anodizing Alumite

Aluminum anodizing is the electroplating process to make the oxide film on the aluminum surface.  The oxide film will protect the aluminum surface by increasing its hardness and color its surface by allowing the color pigment into the pores on the oxide film.

We were the pioneer of aluminum anodizing factory in Thailand about 50 years ago.  We also have continued to improved our anodizing process from manual to semi-automatic control in present, to ensure the same quality standard of each anodizing output.

The customer companies from Europe and Japan have confidence with us to support their anodized or alumite products.  Our anodizing process mainly supports decorative anodizing products (Type II Anodizing).

Anodizing Line

The aluminum plating line has been rebuilt to replace the previous manual line in 2010 with the supports from our partners in Thailand. The maximum size of the workpiece for anodizing is 1000 x 1000 mm.  However, if it is required for chemical pretreatment such as polishing or etching, the maximum size is 600 x 600 mm, due to the limitation of chemical tank size.

The plating line is automatically controlled by PLC to manage the anodizing process with current/voltage (amperes/volts), temperature and time, and manage the sealing process with temperature and time, except for the dyeing process which requires exceptional skill from our trained staffs to control the dyeing time to match the customer color requirement.
