Plastic Injection
Our plastic injection parts are mainly injected for chrome plating application. The rest of applications are color finished parts and for spray-painting and vacuum metalizing application.
The plastic parts for chrome plating require more cautions than other applications. For example, the scratch or slightly sink mark on the injection surface cannot be covered by chrome plating process because of low total plating thickness, not like the spray-painting process which possibly cover them. This is the key reason that we set up in-house injection service to support our customers who require surface finishing plastic parts as one-stop-service. Also, the customer management is simplified because they will have finished parts ready for assembly.
With our cautions for all injection parts as our routine standard, we are confident that our injection service will meet the customer quality standards, including also injection parts with no plating.
Injection Machines
Currently, we have 11 injection molding machines which are all electrics, ranging from 60 to 350 tons, working 24 hours, capable of injecting more than 200 tons/year.
