SRITONG ElectroChemical

Established in 1969 Starting from aluminum plating service, which is considered the first in Thailand. The services of chrome plating on ABS plastics, vacuum plating and spray-painting services were then expanded, respectively.

Currently, we transform from Partnership Ltd. to SRITONG ElectroChemical Company Ltd. which the factory is in Phra Samut Chedi District, Samut Prakan Province, on an area of 9.5 rai (15,240 square meters) with more than 200 employees working together.

Based on our accumulated knowledge and experience in plating for more than 50 years, we have continuously developed our business under the main policy of being a factory that produces high-standard plating parts. It emphasizes employee involvement to improve internal work and working with customers for mutual benefits. As a result, the organization has developed rapidly until it has been certified with international standards such as TS16949, ISO9001

Founded Period

Anodizing

Established Sritong Electro Chemical to transfer aluminum anodizing business from Sritong Panich Factory.

1970

Chrome Plating

Started chrome plating on ABS plastic for the first time in Thailand by importing ABS CYCOLAC from the United Kingdom to provide one-stop service of plastic injection and chrome plating for customers.

1997

Vacuum Metalizing

Started vacuum metalizing on variety of materials for gold color and other colors which at that time gold and color plating can only be done on aluminum.

2001

Automotive Industry

Started to supply automotive injection and chrome plating parts for ISUZU with the pickup truck model DMAX as the first model and later expanded to other automakers such as FORD, CHEVROLET, HONDA, MITSUBISHI, TOYOTA and YAMAHA.

2004

Injection

Started to convert the injection molding machine from hydraulic to electric system from TOSHIBA Thailand.

Factory Expansion

Purchased lands next to us, according to the factory expansion plan in order to major re-layout all business units in the factory.

2010

New Home for Injection

Relocated all injection machines to new building to increase the space for proper arrangement of injection machines. The injection machines range in size from 60 tons to 260 tons.

2010

Technology Upgrade for Anodize

Built new anodize plating line in new building with modern technology to support the customer requirement.

2012

More Capacity for Injection

Installed new 350-tons electric injection machines (previously 260-tons machine is the maximum machine) to accommodate larger injection parts. As a result, injection molding machines in-house range from 60 to 350 tons.

2015

Technology Upgrade for Chrome Plating

Built new chrome plating line in new building to meet the increasing demand for chrome plating in the automotive industry.

New Painting Room for Painting

Built a new spray-painting room with better dust filtration and humidity control to expand the business service in painting application.

2018

SATIN CHROME

Installed new plating service “Satin Chrome” to the existing chrome plating line which replaces bright to satin nickel plating process. The satin chrome appearance is matt metallic, different from traditional bright shinny.

2020

BRIGHT TRIVALENT CHROME

Installed additional chrome plating service “Trivalent Chrome” to the existing chrome plating line which matches the same color as our existing “Hexavalent Chrome”.

2020

New Auto Painting Machine

Imported automatic spraying machine to achieve consistent quality of spray-painting process and increase the capacity of painting production.

2022

New Vacuum Metalizing Machine

Imported new generation of vacuum metalizing machine to replace the current one to increase production capacity and give higher quality from new vacuum metalizing technology.

2025

Transform from Partnership Ltd. to Company Limited after founding 56 years.
