Vacuum Metalizing and Painting
Vacuum metalizing is the plating process in vacuum conditions to evaporate aluminum to coat on the surface of the workpiece to make the bright and shinny surface to the product. After vacuum metalizing process, it can be top coated with the transparent or color layer with spray painting.
Vacuum plating can be plated on a variety of substrates such as plastics, aluminum, steel, etc. The main products are REM automotive parts such as turn signal covers, headlights, electrical appliance parts and decorative packaging such as caps and bottles.
Color spray painting can be done on plastic or metal substates. With our turn-key support, we also can spray paint on chrome plating or aluminum anodizing surface that we have the service of chrome plating on plastic and aluminum anodizing in-house.

Vacuum Metalizing Line
In 2020, we installed a new painting room which controls temperature and humidity better than our previous room. We planned to improve our painting quality to support more painting on plastic, chrome plated, and aluminum anodized products to make one-stop service with our in-house services which are plastic injection, chrome plating on plastic and aluminum anodizing.
In the same year, we install 5 Axis Automatic Spray-Painting Machine to improve consistency of quality of painting and also increase the output capacity..
In 2022, we installed a new vacuum metalizing chamber from HCVAC., China which the batch cycle time is faster than our previous chamber. This allows us to increase the production capacity as well as improve the quality of vacuum metalized products.
In 2024, we installed new painting room with temperature, humidity, and cleanliness control comparable to the cleanroom. There are 2 spray booths with a width of 2 meters and 3 meters for larger workpieces and also future installation of painting robots, in order to support variety in production with higher quality.
We also installed UV curing machine to reduce the drying time before vacuuming which UV curing process is the alternative method from traditional heat oven which takes longer time, in order to increases production capacity.
